Is this an official club? more
Yes, the PWFC is Peter’s official fan Club. The PWFC functions with Peter’s knowledge, permission and cooperation. All of the PWFC merchandise is authorized by Peter and he makes occasional contributions to the magazine.
How much does membership in the club cost? more
There are four options for membership. Depending on which type of membership you want and how you want to receive the club’s quarterly magazine, the costs are:
Online membership—US$5
This includes a text-only issue of the magazine delivered by email in .txt format, membership benefits and a welcome letter.
Membership with a pdf version of the magazine—US$15
This includes an electronic version, full-color format of the magazine in Adobe® Acrobat® .pdf format which can be downloaded and printed by the member, membership benefits and a welcome packet. (View a sample pdf version of the magazine.)

This membership also includes membership benefits and a welcome packet.
Visit our membership page for more information and payment options.
Do I have to be online to be a member? more
No. The PWFC has both online and off-line memberships. We realize that not all Peter’s fans have easy access to the Web and continue to offer printed magazines for this reason.
What comes with my membership aside from the quarterly magazine? more
Besides us, you mean? Well. . .you get access to the PWFC mailing list, chats, and projects. You also get invited to all PWFC parties at conventions, and to regional gatherings (depending on the region). As a member you are also eligible to attend Road Trip conventions, which are meetings of the PWFC with guests, usually including Peter; PWFC Friendship Cons (smaller cons) which Peter usually attends; and you will have access to the video diaries Peter began sending us while he was working on Holby City and is continuing to send to us periodically.
The new-member packet, with e-magazine or print magazine, includes a “welcome to the club” letter, a membership card, a printed copy of the PWFC’s history, a listing of club contacts which includes a description of who’s who in the club and where to write for different types of information, a printed version of Peter’s biography and current filmography, a current list of merchandise, and additional items as available.
Members who renew their membership receive a renewal packet.
Can anyone participate in the projects? more
Yes, for the most part. Some PWFC projects are done for list-members only, for the sole reason that the list is a place where we gather and said projects require a forum with nearly constant communication. Most projects, however, are open to anyone in the PWFC, including the members who are not online at all. Project information is sent out in the occasional updates and is mentioned in the magazine when feasible.
Are there any on-going projects? more
Yes. Project Edan is an on-going project that is very important to us. This is named after Peter’s son, Edan, and is the project to raise funds for Peter and Carolyn’s selected charity, which is donated in Edan’s name. We use auctions, contributions and sales of some items to raise the money that is donated. Visit the Project Edan page for more information.

Vicky is the Vice President.
Marilyn is the Treasurer.
Sandy is the club Advisor.

How do I get onto the email list? more
The PWFC email list is for PWFC members only. When you join the club, you will be invited to join the email list.
What and when are the “chats”? more
Chats are a way for PWFC members to gather online and interact with one another and the group in real time. Think of it as a giant party-line phone call, only on the computer. These chats are for PWFC Members ONLY. If you are a member, you can look at the calendar on our YahooGroups page to find out when the chats are held.
Can I get back issues of the newsletter and magazine? more
Yes. Most back issues are US$5.00 each. Some are more because they are larger issues. For a complete list of the newsletters and magazines and which copies are available, visit the PWFC store.
How do I find out what merchandise is available? more
The current merchandise list is available
on our Web site. Please bookmark the page and check it just before you send in
an order to make certain that you have the current information. If something
is listed as in short supply, it is a good idea to contact the PWFC store
at
to see if it’s still available.
There will occasionally be some merchandise that will not be listed there, if it’s a pre-order-only item or if it’s a members-only item.

Is Peter online and lurking in Highlander/PWFC areas? more
Perhaps the best way to answer this oft asked query is by referring to the man himself. In March of 1997, Peter was asked this in a Compuserve Chat and responded by saying: “That’s classified information.”
He also once said at a convention that he was online once a couple of years ago, and was surprised by the number of Web pages that came up in response to a search on his name.
How old is Peter? How tall is he? What color are his eyes? more
Peter was born September 5, 1962. He’s somewhere around 6 feet tall, depending on whom you ask.
And his eyes are. . .well. . .even Peter himself isn’t really sure what color his eyes are.
Peter’s answer to the eyecolor question:
(from the January 1997 issue of the club magazine)
“Eyes, well, Peter said he’s on the inside looking out, but he gave it a go. He thinks ‘they are a rim of green(ish) and then graduating to a hazel sort of color in the centre!’ ”
What did Peter do before he became an actor? more
Peter had planned on becoming a doctor, but found that acting was more his cup of tea. He left medical school just short of taking the Boards and had several odd jobs (including that of a motorcycle dispatch rider) before his acting career took off.
Is Peter married? more
Yes, Peter is married. His wife’s name is Carolyn and their son is named Edan (pronounced Eden, it is Welsh for “fiery.”)
What is Peter’s middle name? more
Michael
How do I get copies of Peter’s work outside of Highlander? more
Many of Peter’s projects are available on DVD and can be purchased or rented. Check with your favorite online store and/or movie rental store.
How do I get a letter to Peter? more
You can send letters to Peter through the PWFC address and they will be forwarded to him. Please address them as follows:
PWFC-Letter for Peter
PMB 245
8175 S. Virginia St. #850
Reno, NV 89511
