The Registration fee is $225 per person ($235 if paying by PayPal). The fee includes convention entry for Friday through Sunday, the Friday night Project Edan Fund Raiser and Saturday night Party (does not include drinks.) Please complete the registration form (use the link at the bottom of this page) and then send an email to Ree at telling her that you have submitted the form.

In order to give every PWFC member the opportunity to meet the guests and interact with each other, we are limiting registration to between 120 and 130 people plus our guests. You must be a PWFC member to register for the con. If you are not a member yet, please check out our membership options — they start as low as $5 for the year — at www.pwfc.org/membership.shtml.

Hotel Information
Our convention hotel is the Riviera Hotel, an old Las Vegas classic, centrally located on the Las Vegas Strip. The hotel is currently remodeling their guest rooms to European modern so they will be all new when the club arrives there in November. The hotel will begin taking reservations after January 15th.

Room rates for the convention are:
Standard room for 2 people — $119 per night. Plus $20 for each additional person in the room.

One bedroom suites for 2 people — $189 per night. Plus $20 for each additional person in the suite.

Two bedroom suites for 4 people — $199 per night. Plus $20 for each additional person in the suite.

An additional 9% tax and a $3.50 energy surcharge will be added to the cost of each room per night.

Our convention room block extends from Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008 through Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008, so those who would like to come early or stay late may book those days.

When booking your rooms, advise the agent that you want the group rate for the Peter Wingfield Fan Club Convention in order to get the correct rates. The phone number for reservations is: 1-800-634-6753.

The Riviera features multiple restaurants that include a 550-seat buffet in the convention wing of the Hotel, 24-hour coffee shop, 24-hour room service, a food court of seven restaurants, and additional specialty evening restaurants.

In addition, the Riviera has four showrooms and is pleased to offer convention discounts to all of their award winning shows. These discounts represent an average savings of 40–50% off the retail price.

If you are driving or renting a car in Las Vegas, you’ll be happy to know that both Valet and Self–Parking will be provided on a complimentary basis for duration of the convention.

You may pay in four installments:

$75 at initial registration ($80 on PayPal)
$50 by May 1, 2008
$50 by August 1, 2008
Final $50 by October 15, 2008 ($55 on PayPal).

Note: Should you need to cancel, the PWFC does not refund your registration unless we can re-sell it. Cutoff for reselling is Oct. 31.

Age Restrictions: Legal gambling age in Nevada is 21 — anyone under that age cannot be in the casino area. While younger attendees are welcome to attend the convention, you need to be aware of these restrictions. Attendees should be at least 17 to attend the convention. No children please.

Your registration submission means that you agree to follow the PWFC convention rules, abide by the Riviera’s rules and restrictions and understand that if you break any of the rules, you may be asked to leave the convention without refund.
