Riviera Rules and Information
ROOM RESERVATIONS: Reservations must be made directly with the Riviera Hotel by calling their room reservations department at 1-800-634-6753. Please request the group rate for PETER WINGFIELD FAN CLUB (PWFC). The hotel will begin taking reservations after January 15th.
The hotel requires one night’s room deposit plus Clark County Room tax. This deposit may be made by major credit card, check, or money order. The credit card is charged at the time of the booking and if you are sending a check or money order, the hotel must receive payment within 14 days of making the room reservations or it will be canceled. The room deposit is refundable if reservations are canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Please note that the hotel does not issue written confirmations. Confirmation numbers are available however by calling their Room Reservations Department at 1-800-634-6753.
CUT-OFF DATE: The cut-off date for room reservations at the convention rate will be October 13, 2008. Any rooms not accounted for by this date will be released back to the hotel. All additional room requests will then be accepted, subject to availability, and standard rates may apply.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests who check out earlier than scheduled will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax. The guest will be informed of this at check-in and can change his/her respective checkout date at the time of check-in, without penalty. An early check-out after that time will then be charged a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
CORKAGE FEE: Pleased be advised, the Riviera does not allow any food or beverage to be brought into the hotel. If it comes to the attention of the hotel that food or beverage is being brought into the hotel suites, in violation of this policy, then the hotel will automatically post a daily corkage fee in the amount of $500.00 to the guest folio.
